Hello friends. It’s been some time since I shared, but wanted to jump on to talk about a strange phenomenon that’s been happening to me.
I’m still at it, meditating for at least 10 minutes a day every.single.day. On days where I don’t get on my pillow in the morning, I find by late afternoon I’m longing for the quiet and will head off to my room for a little me-time.
